It looks like they doing prep to replace the bridge.Access to the lagoon directly from the parking lot has been stopped;the whole area is taped off.The beach looked to be open, when I was there this morning;but it looked like there were barriers being put up to discouage beach traffic coming from the east along the beach.
Has anyone gotten to see a site plan for what is being planed at ALA POINT PASS?The newspaper account does not sound good,the plan for OB to work with the developer;sounds a lot like free access is going to be a thing of the past,as they make it a revenue center.That is what it looks like to me;has anyone seen the plans? I hope that I am miss reading their intent.
