Kastking Braided Line
Has anyone used this brand before? It seems to have good reviews and good customer service. Most importantly, it's cheap. I got 1090yards for $25.00 in a neat marine blue color.

I've used their 15 lb on my Spanish outfit since may. No breakoffs or fraying so far. The color has not faded either. I did catch a 12 lb king on it and it held up well. Hasn't been tested on anything big yet however.

My experience...that braid has very sharp edges....always regularly check your guides for chafing areas around the ring, most especially the tip. My suggestion, try using Jerry Brown or Suffix 832 instead., costs a little more but much friendlier on your guides. Just my 2 cents.

I'll definately keep an eye on my guides. If I notice any issues I'll make sure to post. However, I doubt I'll have issues with as little as I get to fish...2-3 times a year.

Update on this. The marine blue I ordered was out of stock. This doesn't surprise me with the number I saw sold on Amazon and eBay. I got a personal email from a rep letting me know. He gave me multiple options; wait a week for the blue 30#, take 40# blue now, or I could swap to any of the other colors in 30#. He gave me his direct line to respond to.
Im pretty excited about this. Most companies would just let me wait for two weeks without letting me know what was going on. Hope the quality is even half as good as Powerpro. If so, I'm sold.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
