J&M Pier Rods
Does anyone have any pics of the J&M sticks? I'm in B'ham and was going to do some online shopping but didn't see them on the site. I know they're made in house...I was just curious as to what they looked like! Thanks!

Call the store at (800) 483-7069 and talk to John or Terry to find out details like colors in stock and such.
You also may want to send a PM to Pier Pest and see if he has any rods all ready made up. Pest is in Montgomery.
Another option is get one custom built

Re: J&M Pier Rods
WE built 125 single color color, single wrap rods on Batson SW series "E"glass blanks and there are about 25 of them left. They are very plain rods designed for this style of fishing and cost $145.As for custom, we are about 45 days out at the time and range from $195 and top out at $400 depending what parts are used and cosmetics. The lead time on custom work is roughly 60 days but that can at any time.

Re: J&M Pier Rods
Finished length is 7'9''. Yes Cabo we rather use Calstars on our customs but they are more fragile so we use the Batson because it's bullet proof. When you put a rod on the sales floor you have no clue what the person is going to use it for and how experienced of an angler they are.Just like If we put some Rainshaows on the floor a third would come back broke due to improper use.
