It's a Small Small World
This isn't exactly fishing related, but this forum gets more traffic. I was at a friends house on the outskirts of Birmingham tonight when a fella walks in and asks my other friend about their J&M shirt. He asked if we shopped there, and said that his dad was good friends with the owner. I asked, "your dad know's John G?". He replied, "uh, I guess that's his name." I let it go there and didn't investigate further. A while after that, someone called him by his last name..."Hey, Tackett...". The light bulb then when off. I asked if his dad's name was Steve...His eyes about popped out of his head...I then told him it all made sense now...He then told me about how his dad and his friends "take over" the end of the pier...hahahaha...Anyways, I thought it was a good story to share, and crazy how small the world really is.
