    Inshore Fishing Guide Suggestion

My son and I wil be in Gulf Shores Mar. 2 - Mar 7. on his college spring break. Can anyone suggest a good inshore guide?

We do plan on fishing the pier in hopes of bringing home some sheephead. We had a blast last year catching them and I just ate my last sheephead from the freezer.

Just looking to maybe catch some other fish on an inshore charter.

    Hollywood .....
    Haywire and bodebum like this.
Give a googan a king, and he can eat for a day. But teach a googan how to kingfish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years

Jay is now the inshore guide for Troy Frady's Fisherman's co-op
Know about Alabama's Inshore Moon Trout with Jay Gunn - Alabama Gulf Coast Fishing
Captain Jay Gunn worked for Alabama’s Marine Resources for 14 years and now he guides inshore fishermen at Fort Morgan, Ala., and fishes Mobile Bay. Although Gunn enjoys catching redfish and flounder, big speckled trout are his primary target.

All of the above recommendations are excellent as well.
    Good luck on your trip!

    Yes Spotted,

Jay is a retired former employee of Alabama DCNR. He worked managing our fish for us.
He is very much in the know and a good bet.
