Inexpensive cobia rod
Do you guys have any suggestions for a cobia rod? I recently purchased a Battle 7000 and I need a rod to pair it up with. I have an ugly stik 8' Medium rod for my Battle 6000. I was looking at the 9' MH ugly stik, but it is quite a bit larger and I'm thinking that it might be too big. Would another 8' ugly stik be enough for cobia? Any other brands that you guys suggest that is around $70 or less? Thanks

Go to outcast the first weekend in march for their big sale. Key largo customs will be on sale. Last year they were 90 dollars. They will also have thousands of other rods

Those rods look awesome, but are a little bit out of my price range right now. I plan on upgrading in the future though. I decided to go ahead and get the 9' ugly stik.

They have a sale the first week of March (I think) and they slash prices to way low. Give them a call to be sure.Dealing with some REEL issues in your life? The DOC will see you now!

I seen fish killed in Melbourne in the early 70's, we were snagging some monster fish out of the ICWW around Merrit Island. loved the fishing opportunity's as a kid there, fresh and salt water both...
