How long will the Kings be back
I see that the 1st King has been landed. How long will they hang around before disappearing again? My next vacation is 30 days away, but I could manage an overnight trip in the meantime if they were going to be gone.

It's largely a matter of water temps. My guess is that they will still be around in good numbers in 30 days. I've caught kings in good numbers in late November, but that may have been in 1998 - an el Nino year.
Edit: I should also add, the fish in November were from a boat out of Destin.

If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.
