    Hormonal wife

I have to set the story up for yall... So..... on the way home from my last pier trip i made a little slip up and the pregnant wife got angry.. so before i knew it she was stopped on the highway cursing the world and then decide to start hurling my cart, ice chests, rods, tackle, suitcase, shoes, and everything else she could grab down the side of a bluff( a very steep hard bluff)..... Then got back in the jeep and watched me as i felt around in the dark for my beloved tackle.

    present day:

Now I've replaced most of the minor tackle but im having trouble deciding on a new pier cart... any ideas on a nice comapact cart that could fit in the back of most mid size suvs like a jeep cherokee? also i need major servicing done on a penn 650ss(incident related) it will need gears and a handle and a drag knob. ):

    Funny story Mr. Clel,

You really need one of these:
First site I came to on Google.

Amazon.com: Reels on Wheels Jr. Fishing Cart: Sports & Outdoors

They are referred to locally as "Juniors", are very popular, and are available at J&M. and others in the area.
It's all you need for the pier..........CEPT when you get a big king or a cobe.

I moved down from the jumbo to the Jr... Best cart decision I ever made. Small coleman or igloo ice chest, tackle box strapped on top, a bit of room for other stuff and 4 rod holders. You can push it ahead of you with 3 fingers. I did het a heavy duty swivel wheel and had it welded on in place of the cheap plastic one that comes with it. Had them weld a plate and bolt the wheel to the plate so I can remove if I have to. Going to put the plastic one on the back as a "wheelie bar" so to speak.
I don't need 36 rods, 14 tackle boxes and a hundred pounds of ice for a trip to the pier. As far as a big fish goes - take him to the cleaning station, filet and bag him and put the bags in the ice chest. Easy, peazy, sweet and cheesy. Just my 2cw.

edited to add: Hormones or not, I fear there'd be hell to pay if it were me. Told her before we got married I was going to hunt and fish and expected no bitching about it. Told her to speak up then. 32 years later all is well
    Screw it. Let's ride.

I think I might be checking out those "Oriental girls seeking husbands" websites, but I guess I'm just lucky with my understanding and enabling wife. Besides, she LOVES fresh fish.

I missed the "Hormone Express", so I guess I really should keep my unbased opinions to myself. The opportunity to get new tackle should be seized and celebrated.

I think you should throw all her shoes out in the yard on a rainy day. That oughta give her a taste
