Here's your chance...
to be heard by the powers that be.
Wanting YOUR input about your use and intent of our marine resources.
The survey takes 5-10 minutes

BTW I mentioned gill nets set too close to the GSPPier as an example of commercial activity interfering with lawful recreational activity.
Just a thought... ;-)(RETIRED) mostly.

Looks like it's for residents only. Y'all have to step up for the rest of us. Guess if you're a Vol, Gator, Hog, Tiger, Commodore or even a Buckeye you can't put in your opinions!!!

I explained to them how I felt about the situation. I hate to sound like somebody's mama, but if you don't answer the questionnaire, you don't have much right to bitch about the situation. It's a great chance to give our input. Now, whether it will do any good or not----

if it's true and Florida is now open to the gill nets....that is going to screw the whole Gulf Coast and deplete the resources....how can this happen, when they have such tight limits already to the recreational fishers and now putting the depletion into overdrive with more gill nets....I sure think it has hurt the king fishing this last trip (Alabama)...and the spanish wasn't that great either....not like I have seen in the past....I guess they always had the gill netters there and after seeing them work the spanish seemed to disappear

Answered it, and held nothing back.

Die if you must, but die on your home turf with your face to the wind, not in some stinking hellhole 2,000 kilometers away, among people you neither know nor care about.

I did the Florida one....I hope way more sign it....this is crazy and the effects will be long lasting too if it doesn't stop and end all gill netting....I think we all should be able to have a say...it sure will affect some of the tourism in my opinion....that is why I come there if you couldn't tell....31 days straight of 10-12 hours a day fishing
I might be in the minority for the tourist ..... but sure love the salt water and fishingBill..............

Filled out survey. Thanks for the link!
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
