Happy Birthday Harley!
Harley Rogers turned 92 today! He has forgot more about fishing than I will ever know. Had the privilege to fish with him for awhile this morning. He was actually late getting to the pier this morning (7:30)! He said it was his birthday so it was ok to be late. I just hope to live to be 92, much less be able to get to the pier at 4:30 every morning (except Sundays), walk down the beach and catch sand fleas, then fish until 10 o'clock or so. One of the most respectable men that I have ever met! I hope to be able to have many more fishing lessons from The Mayor of the GSSP!

Happy birthday HR!
The ONLY pier regular I met back in the early 70s who still fishes practically EVERY day.
May the Good Lord continue to bless you and allow you to remain with us ;-)

Rest in peace Brother
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
