    Halloween weekend

I think the full moon is Wednesday. How will the weekend be? Thinking about another trip

I'm coming down for that weekend. I think we are in for slack tides on that Friday. I'm still new at this, but I've been cut off in the surf repeatedly when things go slack like the charts seem to imply. I'm not sure how it treats the guys on the pier.

I'm keeping a sharp eye on water temps. Assuming some major front doesn't come through, I think things are going to be ok. I would love to hear some input from you local guys.

I pay hardly no attention to tides Maybe I should but I just go fishing preferring early morning or late evening Don't worry yourself to death with tides particularly if you are only able to fish limited times during the year Tides probably do influence the surf and bays more but I don't think they have much effect at all on spanish blues kings etc Give me the early morning daylight bite over any tide any day Go out an enjoy

I could see that. I am generally after reds, pompano, and flounder. As for the time of day, I'll second your motion regardless of tidal conditions.

Impossible to say until you get there. Could be on fire or could be a bust.
