GS Fish Id
Is there a web site that shows good color pics of fish caught in gulf Shores, no familiar with species of the area,
Hate to get fined for having wrong fish in cooler.

I've not found any single website (or book) that shows good pictures to ID fish for our area.
The good news is you don't need to know the ID of every fish you catch, just learn the ones that are regulated in state waters.
1st copy or memorize which fish you are most likely to encounter that are regulated...
then get a decent pic of each ;-)
For instance learn to tell the difference between juvenile king mackerel and spanish mackerel...
If you don't know what it is, your safest course is to put it back!
