    Good sardine recipe?

Sometimes that all you can catch... I Was wondering if there is a good recipe out there. Looks like there maybe some Asian regs that would have a recipe. I see sardine in a can... Any suggestions? Or should I post this in a different language?

    Re: Good sardine recipe?

Roger had about a dozen BIG ones about a week or so ago that he had scaled, evicerated, deheaded, and cut the tails off.
Said he was going to steam and can them.
    I was like ???

I'd be curious to try them though :eat:

Yup. I used to put them on Reeses Peanut Butter cups and chase them with an IBC Root Beer.
