frozen bait
Are we going to be able to use froze cigar minnows on the Pier now?

well David, are dead baits not considered dead carcases that have to be desposed of in the containers?

The way I see it is this: Small dead fish (12 inches or less) are bait! Dead fish over 12 inches are carcasses, but only if tossed.
Eddy, if you are on the pier and have a question about what is and isn’t legal, call the boys in blue and tell them to come out and give you their interpretation of the laws.
