Ft. Morgan Pt. from the beach.
It has become my favorite spot and I've hammered big Bull Reds & Black Drum every time.

Re: Fishing for Red Fish question

never fished the pensocola pier but during the summer i know the gulf state pier is great for king, spanish, trout, flounder, and a wide variety of other fish. the reds (if you are targeting them) are usually best (in summer) in the late afternoon, them and jacks come in massive schools and will usually hit anything, my prefference is cobia jigs (you can get the good ones from J&M). in the winter time i couldn't tell you much, i know they sometimes bite between 1am and 4am at the gulf state pier.

    +2 for fort morgan point
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.
