Fishing Neap Tide
My vacation at Orange Beach this September is the week of a neap tide. How badly will this affect the fishing at the pier and at the passes? Does anything bite when there is no tidal current?

The bite at the pier seems to be more affected by wind direction and speed during NEAP tide periods than anytime else.
But it will likely be 'fickle'.(RETIRED) mostly.
