    Fish finder- Carolina rig ?

Have any of you ever tried fish finder rig with a rapala xrap style stick bait ? I have done this a lot for bass - also use with floating soft plastics

Ive put smaller xraps and jerkbaits behind bubbles with great success. Have'nt tried the weighted thing though. Would it make a difference to the sharks is the ultimate question.

I have tried it using spec rigs when fishing for spanish or dragging them on bottom for flounder or reds from the beach.
For spanish it gets them down deep, from the beach it gives you weight to get them out over the bar.
