Fish catching predictions
I was just looking at the bouy 4201 report and there is not even a water temperature given. I guess the poor thing has thrown in the towel. From what I can see in the ten day forecast, it looks like we should redo all the guesses at when the first of whatever species will be caught, moving them a month ahead.
We should all get together and protest this winter weather---send a strong letter to the people in charge of the weather bureau---Make signs, "WE WANT WARMER WEATHER", and march on Washington. No---it's too cold to march. Anyhow, you get the idea. This weather is detrimental to our health: all the top nutritionists say we need more fish in our diet.
Where is Superman when you really need him? I emailed him suggesting he use his powers to shift the jet streams, but only got a reply from his secretary saying that his suit was at the cleaners and he was not performing any heroic acts without it. I'm suspicious.
I really need to catch some fish.

Those Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders may have gotten the best of him.

It's just that the predictions for the highs for the next ten days are not as high as we want the water temperatures to be. How is the water going to warm up to 68 if the highs don't get above 66? ---And don't forget that the lows are going to be back down in the 40s and 50s. Oh, woe is me. This is the time of year to sit in the dark around the fire and sing sad songs about the deaths of kings.
Sort of like what the weatherman said from up Ironman's way, "Tomorrow's high will be---well, there won't be one."
At least I'm finished cutting firewood, and there''s a redbud starting to bloom at the cabin in spite of everything. Now if the fish will just get as brave as the flowers, we'll be in business.

My niece was number one out of 60 in the first round of Atlanta falcons cheerleader try outs last weekend. Root for her chillin, her name is Alexandria Giannini.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
