dipping shrimp from the passes with a dip net ???
I see info on ourdooralabama.com about recreational shrimping with a 16' or less trawl from a boat but nothing about dipping from the bay/pass with a dip net? Is it legal?

Not at Little Lagoon Pass nor Perdido Pass.
Both are PERMANENTLY closed to ALL shrimping. :
