Cobe:30
Hadn't seen a Cobia out here since last summer sometime until yesterday. Started off seeing a pair here and a pair there then triples and quads. Haven't ever seen this many before. We ended up catching a 42 and a 46lber. Lost a few more with one prob pushing 75+. Both caught on the ole trusty 6/0 with live hardtails.
I also saw a school of Mackerel flashing and feeding on bait. Covered about an acre, pretty neat seeing that many Kings in a feeding frenzy. Lasted about 5mins and hadn't seen another one.
Few pics of the Cobia.

Nice pictures too. Now if I can just see fish like that live, life will be good.

Too cool Sam. Did Y'all ever weld up a pier gaff?
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
