Frith's where Canal Road dog-legs just east of the bridge in GS if they are still open (???) or Pier Bait Shop

I haven't seen Frith's open for some time.
The new shop "Hooked Up Bait & Tackle" @ 100 E 20th Ave (on the left at foot of bridge off Hwy 59) is closest I believe.

Hooked up would be the closest I have found and I'm staying at the Sanibel which is very near the West End Pass.

Yes Hooked Up has live shrimp and they are great folks. Also went by Captain Frasiers in Foley for the first time this past weekend. They give locals a 10% discount on everything so I'll be returning. Had a decent selection of bait/tackle and a great selection of fresh seafood.

    Re-opens in March IIRC.
People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.

If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.
