Casting molds
I have borrowed 3 molds for casting heads. New thing for me to try. I don't wanna waste time casting the wrong size heads, thus coming here to pick the minds of the brain trust. can do 1/0-5/0 hooks in same mold. Which sizes do I need the most and least. The other 2 molds are for spoons. Gonna see what happens.
Where does everyone get their lead from? Ideally free is the best option but where should I source it from if purchasing?
Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

Lead check local scrap yards, but not old battery lead.....I haven't needed to worry about that yet, and when I do, I might stop it all....what mold do you have.

I am tying a few of those for behind a bubble, more for soft plastic, and a pain to tie in the small area ahead of the keeper.....trying is the key here

I am going to do something different on a couple of attempts with this with plans for a bubble trailer also. It could be the next big thing. just need to choose my color right I think
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
