    Bull minnows

How long will my bulls last with a descent Mr bubbles aerator? I plan on fishing at night, I know j&m closes at 5, should they last a good while?

Bull minnows are probably the hardiest bait that you'll ever keep in an aerated bucket. Keep the water cool and a well charged battery in your aerator, they'll last for days.

Yeah, definitely keep them in the shade during the day.
Batteries tend to drain much faster in hot weather, so you may want to consider investing $10 in a 110v aquarium pump and rest the batteries until you need them while transporting or fishing.
Note: there are 110v outlets every 100 ft on the GSPPier too ;-)

freeze some bottles of water and float one in the bait bucket to lower the temp, it will keep them alive even longer.
Finger mullet are also pretty tought, they will hold up just as well as bull minnows. But you need a cast net to catch them.
