Docs, Desoto's, Mikee's, Hazel's, Original Oyster House are all good, IMO.

Wolf Bay Lodge on CR 20 close to OWA.
The one in OB is ok with a view, but CR 20 is better food without the view. IMHO

FII, Wolf Bay Lodge in Orange Beach is closed until December. Foley Wolf Bay will remain open.

Mikee's has a special on steamed, blackened or fried shrimp. $13.50 per pound. Enough for 2 people and we just order sides to go with it. Probably the most affordable gulf shrimp meal in GS/OB. Shrimp basket is great also. The shrimp is excellent and I love the mahi with shrimp etouffe($12.99).

I also am very fond of the pound of blackened shrimp at Mikee's....seasoned just right and very reasonably priced. Doc's in Orange beach has a fried fish lunch special a couple a days a week that is very good and inexpensive. They also have some great dinners. DeSotos has a senor menu if you are anywhere close to 55. My favorites are the grilled or blackened tuna or triggerfish. With ice tea that is included it's around $13 -14. The food is always good with a large selection of sides and a basket of warm rolls.
