Sticky: Whats biting when per Pier#r
In the Q&A section. I have went down the last several years in August and while it's note prime time I've caught fish. Fishing has always been better for me at first light and very late in the day.....like most fishing is everywhere I guess.

August generally gets pretty hot and the fishing almost completely dies off. Best bets during that time are early morning, late evening, or overnight fishing for inshore species.

You would think I would know this!
