Hello guys.I will be down Sat for a few days and look foreward to Pier fishing.Thinking about buying a rod for king fishing.I have been fishing the pier every time i come down and have been wanting to catch a king but i am not real comfortable rooting my way in around all the folks.I dont want to be that tourist that caused someone to lose a good fish.So if ya see a guy with a new rod lurking around the end of the pier looking like he is lost thats probably me.Cant wait to get there.
LISTEN TO THE LOCALS IS THE MAIN THING!Those folks really know what their doing!TANGLES,BRINGING FISH ON DECK,LETTING THE KING FEED BEFORE SETTING THE HOOK AND THE LIST GOES ON.You can your a lot from a local fisherman.Having a good attitude is always key in my opinion!!
I may be sounding like a broken record here, but I can't begin to tell you how much time, opportunity, and money I would have saved if this guy would have been in business about four years ago when I got started trying to fish the pier. Contact Pier#r, best $100 you will ever spend.
