I wonder what the flood insurance runs? I guess if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

I bet there are Specks all around that moated mini castle.
You would think, though, that for 12 million dollars, they could afford to install an in ground pool, rather than that cheap $500 above-ground unit.
I'd love to see the schools of mullet that move up into the moat on occassion.
Dunno if I'd care to be stranded on that island during hurricane season--defintely gotta have a helicopter ready at all times. They should build a pier from the island to the mainland and make it accessible to local fishermen in the keys for $12 per day. :headbang:
