After 5 LOONG Months, let the Count Down begin..

If the good Lord lets me live to enjoy another trip, we will join you on the pier in 30 days.
The wife has a sack load of mac jigs ready - and still making them. I've got the winter projects wrapped and ready. Shagged a few more 704Z's that have been reworked and ready to crank. Todd has been holding a Cobia rod for me for what seems like 3 years now. For 5 long months, we have patiently been watching posts, following the weather and counting days. The time has come to start prepping..packing and getting anxious.
Us foreigners can not allow ourselves to get too excited too early. It is unbearable to pass the time wishing we was fishing!
THANK YOU ALL for helping us make it this far!

Good times, Good friends, Great Beer. You can buy all three - But it's always better to invest the time to make your own.

Repacked and inventoried the tackle bins - CHECK.
My rubber straw stock is low..what color do they want this year? I went through a couple dozen each red and yellow last year, a few orange and green.

I asked couple days ago and Haywire said not hitting bubble rigs yet. My favorite color is yellow with a green mixed in every once in awhile. Walmart is only a mile away and this early they should have plenty of every color.

Tato I have made us about 100 looney jigs, so no worries about the bubbles. Will have plenty to share if they aren't on the bubble.
