Help! I have a forum friend that is out of town and can't seem to access the forum. He has asked for my help because he misses the pier. He couldn't access the forum because he forgot his password, so has tried to reset it several times. He said he gets a reply that says he will receive new access via email but never does, so can't get in. Can you help?

I just reset him a new password and will send him an email.
