I would like to try some of your deer jerky when I meet up with you on the gaff if you don't mind.

chef the earlier the better in my trip....it doesn't last long, when the bag comes out....so??? but I do try and limit the exposure with in reason....the bad part is here....keeping it away from the family while it is dehydrating....
they try and be sneaky...take a few pieces from each rack and move others around to hide the evidence of the theft and the extra room they created on the rackBill..............

looking for the beef this morning, I found extra deer, (I knew I should have had more) and would have been nice on the grill over the summer months....Oh well, it is jerky now and darn good too ....2 dehydrators done with the 3rd + started and ready to marinate the other batch with a little beef mixed in.... but not much.....man that deer is soooooo tender and tasty
Bill..............
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
