    T-Bone

    1.5" Angus T-Bone

    Iron Skillet Onions

    Grilled Asparagus (Yes, we love asparagus)

    So rare you might have to shoot it???



    We love asparagus too. I like it sautéed in butter & olive oil with some garlic and a little lemon.

    Each Spring from late April to June I harvest wild asparagus along road sides . We will usually get 2 to 3 pounds a day . We blanch and freeze some ,give lots to neighbors , and eat enough to pee green . Goes great with crappie .

    Looks good. Is that an old J- frame? Can't see it well on this tiny phone.

    Its an inexpensive Rossi .357mag/.38spc with a 3" barrel.
    It has been 100%, either the reviews are wrong or I got lucky.
    My wife keeps it in her purse... Don't mess with Momma Bear or her cubs.
