    Sting ray?

I was reading a list of fish caught from the pier and it told all about them and their food value. It said stingray are good? Anyone ever ate stingray? How was it? I have always been told they weren't any good.
    thanks Bear

Never tried, but a friend told me they ate one on a super slow day and it was good. I'm sure you'd get laughed at while cleaning it, but you never know until you go for it.

Try slicing thin, something simple like that might make a big difference. A chunk of conch is inedible, a thin slice is a delicacy.

it is a bit on the chewy side but it taste a lot like scallops, just cut the wings off and skin them thats the only part worth dealing with.
