Smoked Salmone Marinade
Here's what you need 7.5oz soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 7.5 oz orange juice, minced garlic, 1-2oz teriyaki add it slow and taste while you add. Cut you filet in to 6oz pieces and place in a freezer bag add marinade place in fridge for 3-4 hrs, Smoke at 200 till internal temp is 145-155. I use apple or cherry wood chips
