Smoked Pompano!
Not in the same league with Chilirelleno but a pretty good dinner. Mesquite smoked Florida pompano with sautéed asparagus and fettuccine Alfredo. Mr. Haywire's foodsaver paper towel technique kept the pompano tasty in the deep freezer since mid April. Can't wait to get back to the salt and catch another one.

What'ya mean not in my league? That looks good enough to lick the plate clean and ask for seconds!
Smoked Pompano and there's Asparagus on the plate, what more can a person ask for?
