    Sheepshead, Four Ways

    For the adults, iron skillet fried Lemon Pepper and Bronzed Cajun, with fries and salad.

    Special request, whole grilled, salted and basted with lots of butter.

    Depends, for this oil, good vegatable oil.
    For doing one or two skin on fillets, and going for that perfect crunchy skin, I'll use butter.
    But butter is fickle and burned butter is not tasty.
