Seafood Alfredo for dinner
Poor fishing day on the pier forced me to create a new recipe last night. Sliced a whole onion into vertical strips, did same for a bell pepper. Cut a generous amount of fresh garlic into thin slices. Peeled and deveined a handful of shrimp. Cut a few whiting filets into smaller pieces and marinated in lime juice for 5 minutes. Sautéed the fish and shrimp in olive oil for 2 - 3 minutes and removed to the side. Added the veggies to the olive oil and sautéed until they just began to get tender, about five minutes. Sprinkled Cajun seasoning over seafood and veggies while sautéing. Added one jar of Bertollie garlic flavor Alfredo sauce and put about four ounces of Half n half in the jar and shook it well to get all the sauce. Brought the mixture to a slow boil while stirring to prevent sticking. Then added the sautéed seafood and stirred it in. The fish comes apart while stirring and mixes thruout the mixture. Cook only one to two more minutes and then serve over your favorite pasta or rice. Add extra seasoning at the table for those who want more kick.

Sir. I took your post tried it tonight. Left the fish out since I can't eat them. Put this over crackers. I did have Publix cajan steam the shrimp. Very good thanks
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
