    Red recipe

    Todd ,Looked for Wanda's Red recipe on the forum that you posted recently ,but was unable to find .

    Danny,
    clean, filet and cut all red meat out. After she washes and freezes it, she will thaw it in salt water which draws out any of the pink left. Only about 15-20 minutes. Then cuts it into bite sized pieces. Bring your water to a boil and drop in chunks. When done, only a few minutes, (you know when it's done), drain and serve by dipping in drawn butter. It tastes like a cross between lobster and scallops with that more rubbery texture. Mmmmm....enjoy
