I've tried Crevalle Jack, it wasn't bad nor was it great.
Everyone who tried it thought it was OK to Good.
I'd heard it was, and I likened it more like Pork than Beef.

CarlF has tried it and loved it, he said he'll never throw another away.
Same with David Lea and several others.

I've tried several so-called trash fish, and most were pretty decent.
Hordes of Asians can't all be wrong, heck they wouldn't try to pay you $20-40. for a Jack if it was inedible.
And they don't eat those Hardtails because they're starving to death.
ironman172, CarlF and Pier#r like this.
