I’m glad you’re posting here again Chili after a bit of a hiatus. Love the cooking/smoking/baking/bbq’ing tips and tales. There are a lot of lurkers here, not too many posters, but I’ll bet there are a lot of watering mouths and folks you’ve inspired to give things you’ve posted a go.
