    Nuther big backyard BBQ cook

Was going to fire up my big stick burner but the thunderstorms all weekend put a halt to that idea. But I had a brisket, two pastramis, two butts, two fatties ,two diller eggs and thirty chicken wings I had promised to do for some co-workers. So I did the cook over a two day period and in batches on the Akorn to get it done. Here are some pics.

Thanks! Yes we are hiring but I will be retiring next year!
The deal cooking for folks at work started by someone asking me to cook them a Boston Butt about five years ago. I did it and she paid me to do it. Next thing I know a bunch of folks started asking me when I was cooking again. The rest is history.
