King Mackerel Asian Style
Fillet the fish then cut in smaller pieces that'll fit in a stovetop pan. In a bowl, put all of your fish in it.
Add enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover and coat the fish.
Pour Kikkoman's Soy sauce, just enough to cover the fish as well.
Lastly add Kikkoman's Thai Style Chili Sauce (or a preferred asian hot sauce)
Cover then let chill for an hour or so in the fridge.
While this is chilling , prepare your side items that'll compliment the fish.
I used thinly sliced cucumber and jalapeño because thats what I had on hand but rice would be good, but its all personal preference.
After your fish has marinated , heat your non-stick pan on medium heat. Coat the pan in Extra virgin olive oil.
Once your pan is ready and hot, pull the fish out of the bowl trying to wipe off any excess marinade, then place in pan. Fit as many as you want or can and then cover with lid and let cook on that side for about 10 minutes, then uncover it, flip it, and cover it back and let cook on the opposite side about 3 or so minutes or until done.
On your plate, add a small squirt of Siracha Sauce , plate your fish, and serve. Delicious !!

Dude are you a chef? I will have to try that. Thanks
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
