Jerked It Today
I don't quite have a recipe cause I was short a few things so I mixed matched off of a few recipes I had. Used some beef steak and a hind quarter from a last season doe I had. Tried to maintain about 150 but varied from 120-190. Didn't come out too bad.

Should be "front and center" at the next pier picnic!!!
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
