Cooler Corn Cooking
I was first introduced to this technique last summer when I was staying with some friends at the beach in N.C.
They take their camper and meet up with some others so there's a lot food to cook and this is the easiest way to cook corn for a lot of people and you don't tie up a grill or pot .
First you need is a Cooler, Any cooler that isn't one of those hollow wall kind . Now wash it out real good , Take your corn and shuck it and wash it . Now place all the corn in the cooler , Now bring a pot of water to a full rolling boil add salt to it .
When loading the corn you can add Old Bay or what ever you like to season you corn with . Now take the boiling water and fill the cooler , Shut the lid and in one hour it's done and it's perfect temperature to eat and burn your lips , That gives you time to grill or cook the rest of the meal .
I did it Sunday when we had a bunch of family over . Let me know if try it or have done it in the past .
If you have folks who like some grill marks on their corn just brush it with butter drop it on the grill for a few seconds and your doneLast edited by jollymon; 07-09-2019 at 12:32 PM.
If you are going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and brother, it's starting to rain!

Yesterday I caught a Smooth Puffer fish in the surf. Looked sort of like a northern puffer or Blowfish which are great to eat. But then I researched it and "7. Are smooth back puffer fish...
Which are DO NOT EAT fish?
