Grilled Chicken, Broiled Yellow Squash...
Grilled Chicken, Broiled Yellow Squash with Rotel, Rice and Blueberry Muffins with Butter
Spatchcock the birds and rub with EVOO.
Generously rub with Sea Salt, Garlic Herb mix, Paprika and Rosemary.
Grill till it starts falling apart.

Halve the squashes, brush with EVOO.
Dust well with Seasoned Salt and then top with Rotel.
Broil on high at about the 4th rack level till squash softens, then raise to about the 2nd rack level and get a roast on the tomatoes & squash.
