    ginger soy tuna/ chicken

    This good on both fish and chicken.

    1/4 cup of soy sauce
    1 tables of powdered ginger
    1 tables minced garlic
    1 tables of sesame oil
    2 tables of rice vinegar
    2 chopped green onion

    Mix marinade chicken 2 hours...fish 1/2 hour

    Grill....

    Another bit advice to add on:
    Cut Spanish mac fillets into 1.5" strips and marinate in this. Then coat with cornstarch and fry. Oishi-i desu ne!!!!

    Ginger/Soy
    This sounds a lot like how a Filipino buddy of mine told me how to marinate/cook a Jack

    I've done tried a Hardtail, might have to try this on some Jack for a first taste test.

    Jim Egbert aka told me a while back that Jacks are actually pretty good. He said the meat is very similar to pork, even in taste. He said that it just smells fishy when you cook it. If I can ever get one that isn't a big bruiser so I don't waste much, I'm gonna try it.

    If I ever manage to land a jack, its gonna get filleted and cooked. Gonna try it at least once!
