Ginger Honey Lime Spanish Mackeral
I made this last night wish Spanish I caught yesterday morning. Take fresh Spanish filet and soak in ice water with a lime cut up. Put in bag or container and put in fridge for a few hours or so. Take them out of the water and mix with about a cup of soy sauce squeeze a whole lime into the same bowl along with graded fresh ginger a little bit of black pepper about 2 tablespoons of honey then mix well. You can add in crushed red pepper if you'd like. It was good on it also. Put marinade over the fish and soak for 30 mins to an hour. Put on grill for about 5 mins on each side and enjoy. This is the best way I've found to cook Spanish on the grill.

I've eaten this recipe without it even being on the grill and it was pretty good. With soaking it in the lime it would cook the fillet.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
