    Egged Ribs

    Soaked a rack with some applewood rub.


    Smoked @ 2.5hrs around +/-220 degrees.

    Basted em with butter, brown sugar, and a blend of seasoning. Wrapped in foil and cooked another 2hrs @+/-250 degrees.

    Unwrapped and cooked about 30mins @300 degrees.

    < Duh. I read egged and thought you had marinated ribs with eggs. I'm releaved to see that I was wrong.

    Komado Joe, guess I should have titled "Joed Ribs" but that just doesn't have the same ring to it. Or "Komadoed Ribs"
