Egged Ribs
Soaked a rack with some applewood rub.
Smoked @ 2.5hrs around +/-220 degrees.
Basted em with butter, brown sugar, and a blend of seasoning. Wrapped in foil and cooked another 2hrs @+/-250 degrees.
Unwrapped and cooked about 30mins @300 degrees.
Cest Bon

Komado Joe, guess I should have titled "Joed Ribs" but that just doesn't have the same ring to it. Or "Komadoed Ribs"

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
