?? Baked Pompano Recipe??
Anyone have a preferred way of baking Pompano?

Years ago Harley Rogers told me the recipe given to him by an old Philipeno cook was to use just a dash of ground ginger over the fleshy side of a filet.
I bake it for 20-25 minutes @ 375 degrees.
Simple and DELICIOUS!
One of my wife's favorite fish :eat:(RETIRED) mostly.
