    Broiled Spaniards

    Broiled Spaniards
    2 nice Spanish filleted
    Butter
    Cajun Spice
    Red Pepper
    Garlic/Herb Mix
    Sea Salt
Slather fillets with melted butter, season to taste.
Broil on high for 10 minutes, I like the second rack slot: 3-4" from elements.

Served with a nice fresh mix of veggies from the garden.

Die if you must, but die on your home turf with your face to the wind, not in some stinking hellhole 2,000 kilometers away, among people you neither know nor care about.

If Y'all keep posting good looking dishes like this, and making me more and more hungry, I'm eventually going to have to eat something
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.
