Brisket
Who likes brisket. Probably my favorite cut of meat to smoke and eat. I do them several ways. Only problem is they are expensive here and take a long time to cook the way I do them. Here are some pics of briskets I have done recently.

I remember when brisket was cheap ,,Not anymore.
This is a clean, new, Fish-n-Mate "Junior" model, all aluminum cart. Most popular brand, with 5 rod holders, ruber pnuematic tires and bait table/basket. Never used. Save over retail. Asking $185...
